Primed to Perform is a dynamic experience aimed at helping you Reset, Reflect, Refine, and Reconnect. We will be taking you on a journey through deeply intentional modalities:

>1 hour of guided holotropic breathwork to clear and connect you to your deepest self.
>1 hour of facilitated sound healing to allow the mind to rest and help you to feel refreshed, recovered, and inspired.
>1 hour of directed authentic relating/group connection to refill your emotional cup, create lasting bonds, and to feel seen and heard.
>A strategy + integration talk from Alex and Mitchell to give you the tools to grow in a healthy, balanced way so that you can gain more traction in your life.
